- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp ground Allspice
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp ground Ginger
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup unsweetened Applesauce
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Unsweetened Good Karma Flaxmilk & Protein
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Molasses
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Almond Butter

- Mix dry ingredients together and then add wet and mix. Spread in a greased 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350 for 20-25 min. Let sit 5-10 min before cutting into squares and enjoy!
