Seasonal Balsamic Sheet Pan Meal
This is the perfect easy recipe that you can just throw on a sheet pan and still have such a delicious meal! The balsamic dressing with the sausage, chickpeas, and veggies is just so perfect and tasty for fall (it is also great for blood sugar!)
You can use any seasonal vegetables you’d like, I’ve been into trying different types of squash recently, and you can even buy them pre-cut to make this quicker

Notes
Chicken sausage: I prefer to purchase ones without additives or added sugar. I always look for pasture-raised because it contains 50% more vitamin A, three times the amount of omega-3s, and letting animals graze and roam is great for the environment! I purchase 100% pasture-raised meat online from US Wellness or Grassroots Co Op (Use code “LIVNATURALLY” for 15% off). Bilinski’s sausage is a great brand I have seen in stores as well
