Healthy Sheet Pan Beef and Broccoli
Sheet pan meals are always a crowd pleaser, and since my Sheet Pan Cashew Chicken has been getting some extra love lately, I want to keep this theme going! I personally am all about an easy, at-home twist on my favorite takeout meals, and this Healthy Sheet Pan Beef and Broccoli truly hits the spot. It's high in protein, fiber, and packs a big flavor punch - what more could you need? You'll just cover everything well, and cook until tender. Ingredients
- 1.5 lb1.5 lb1.5 lb Sirloin Steak, or strip steak, cut into 1 inch strips/chunks
- 2 head2 head2 head Broccoli, cut into small florets
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Aminos, or soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Honey
- 2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp Ginger Root, peeled & minced
- 3 cloves3 cloves3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, optional - more or less to taste
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 4 cups4 cups4 cups Basmati Rice, cooked
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Avocado, sliced for topping, plus other toppings of choice - cilantro, sliced green onion, sesame seeds, lime wedges, sriracha

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Add steak and broccoli to a large baking sheet. Set aside.
- Make sauce by whisking together the coconut aminos, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
- Pour sauce over the steak and broccoli. Toss to coat completely, and spread everything out in an even layer.
- Bake for ~15 minutes, until steak is tender and broccoli is lightly browned.
- Serve over rice with toppings of your choice - cilantro, green onion, sesame seeds, lime wedges, avocado, sriracha, etc.
- I recommend drizzling the remaining pan drippings over the top as well. Enjoy!
