This simple recipe calls for minimal ingredients and is perfect for meal prepping during your busy weeks. The kids loved these! I just called it cake and they ate it right up. Go figure!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease an 8x8 brownie pan. Set aside.
  3. In a blender, add your banana, egg, milk and maple syrup. Blend until it’s all mixed together. Pour into the greased pan.
  4. Add in flour and baking powder. Whisk with a fork.
  5. Top with blueberries (or chocolate chips, or anything your kids would like).
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Slice, drizzle in syrup and enjoy!
