Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add ground beef to a medium sized skillet.  Brown the beef over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onions.  Sauté until translucent.
  3. Add peppers, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a small bowl add coconut aminos, sugar, and ketchup.  Mix well and add to the ground beef.
  5. Simmer on low.
  6. Serve with your favorite bread or buns.
  7. ENJOY!
