- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Unsweetened Ketchup - Primal Kitchen, No Sugar Added Ketchup

- Add ground beef to a medium sized skillet. Brown the beef over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onions. Sauté until translucent.
- Add peppers, salt, and pepper.
- In a small bowl add coconut aminos, sugar, and ketchup. Mix well and add to the ground beef.
- Simmer on low.
- Serve with your favorite bread or buns.
