Sloppy Joes
Sloppy joes are in the constant rotation at our house! My kids absolutely love them and devour them every time.
Ingredients
- 2 lb2 lb2 lb Ground Beef, Pasture raised

- 111 Red Onion, Diced
- 555 Garlic, Cloves chopped

- 11 oz11 oz11 oz Ketchup, We use the Primal Kitchen one
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Water
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Salt

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Black Pepper

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Allspice, Ground
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1) Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until no longer pink
- 2) Add seasonings and cook for a couple of minutes
- 3) Add ketchup, mustard, water (I fill the ketchup jar up halfway) and coconut sugar and stir
- 4) Simmer until nice and thick. It takes about
- 20-30 mins
- 5) Serve on a bun or a baked potato
