Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- in a skillet, sauté onion in a little fat of choice until tender.
- transfer to a slow cooker.
- add potatoes to skillet; saute for ~10 minutes.
- transfer cooked veggies to a slow cooker.
- add diced ham to skillet to crisp up a bit.
- add ham & all ingredients except the cream cheese & greek yogurt to slow cooker
- cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours OR until the chicken is cooked through.
- right before serving, mix in cream cheese and greek yogurt.
- serve with swiss cheese & any other toppings you like.
