Smash Burgerdillas!
By far my new favorite way to Burger!! Made with 100% grass fed organic ground beef, these smashed burgerdillas will be your new obsession. Don't forget the sauce or your appetite!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb 85% Lean Ground Beef - US Wellness Meats

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt, heaping 1/2 tsp is fine

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Black Pepper

- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, minced

- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Red Onion, mined
- 10 pieces10 pieces10 pieces White Onion, thinly sliced
- 5 whole5 whole5 whole Sourdough Flour Tortillas (click for recipe)
- 5 pieces5 pieces5 pieces Cheddar Cheese, slices

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dill Pickle Juice

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Black Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Smash Sauce:
- Add all your ingredients to a serving bowl and mix together thoroughly.
- Refrigerate until ready to add to your burgers
- Smash burgers:
- Season your ground beef with sea salt, pepper, garlic and onion and mix together by hand in a large mixing bowl.
- Roll your beef into 4 or 5 large balls and top with some thinly sliced white onions
- Grill and smash your burgers, add sauce, cheese and wrap in a tortilla shell.
- Place back on the grill and cook until your tortilla shell brown and crisps up nicely. Serve and devour!
