By far my new favorite way to Burger!! Made with 100% grass fed organic ground beef, these smashed burgerdillas will be your new obsession. Don't forget the sauce or your appetite!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Smash Sauce:
  2. Add all your ingredients to a serving bowl and mix together thoroughly.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to add to your burgers
  4. Smash burgers:
  5. Season your ground beef with sea salt, pepper, garlic and onion and mix together by hand in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Roll your beef into 4 or 5 large balls and top with some thinly sliced white onions
  7. Grill and smash your burgers, add sauce, cheese and wrap in a tortilla shell.
  8. Place back on the grill and cook until your tortilla shell brown and crisps up nicely. Serve and devour!
