Smashed Chicken Parmesan Tacos
this fun twist on chicken Parmesan is quick easy and satisfying!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Pasture Raised Ground Chicken - US Wellness Meats, You can substitute ground turkey as well

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Basil, Dried

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt - Primal Palate

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Black Pepper - Primal Palate

- 8 whole8 whole8 whole Flour Tortilla, Taco size (6 inches)

- 4 pieces4 pieces4 pieces Provolone Cheese

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Basil, Fresh

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Microgreens, Optional
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Parmesan Cheese

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Marinara Sauce

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. In a mixing bowl you are going to mix ground chicken, dried basil, dried garlic, salt and pepper.
- 2. Take about palm full or about 1/3 of a cup of the mixture and smear in onto the tortilla. Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese.
- 3. Place the tortillas face down on a frying pan or skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- 4. Cook until the chicken is fully cook. Flip over and add 1-2 tablespoons of marinara sauce and top with half of a slice of provolone cheese.
