If you love tacos and you love Caesar salad you will love this combo. This is a quick and easy dinner you can prep in under 30 minutes

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. 1. Mix the ground chicken, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper together.
  2. 2. Take approximately 1/2 cup of the mixture and roll into a ball. Then smash that ball onto the tortilla.
  3. 3. Take the tortilla with the meat mixture and place onto your pan or griddle, meat side down. Press firmed with a spatula.
  4. 4. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked. F
  5. 5. Flip over and place half of a slice of provolone cheese on the meat and let melt for a minute or two.
  6. Salad:
  7. 1. Chop your washed romaine lettuce finely.
  8. 2. Place your croutons in a ziplock and smash them up.
  9. 3. Add your salad dressing and croutons to the lettuce and mix.
  10. 4. Place a dollop of of the salad on top of your taco and enjoy!

Notes

You can also use a premade bag of chopped Caesar salad.   Feel free to substitute the meat to your meat of choice.
