Snickers Clusters
You’re just 3 ingredients away from one of my favorite no bake treats: Snickers Clusters.
This makes 5-7 clusters depending on how big your spoonfuls are. These are the perfect duo of sweet and salty and will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth!Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pascha Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips (Bulk), melted
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Peanuts
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Medjool Dates, pitted, softened and chopped
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Melt the chocolate (20 second intervals in the microwave, or melt on stovetop), chop your dates (if they aren’t soft, let them sit in hot water for a few minutes), and add the dates and peanuts to the melted chocolate.
- Scoop small spoonfuls onto a parchment or wax paper lined baking sheet and freeze for 15 min.
- Can store in the fridge after!
