  • 1 cup Baby Spinach, Organic; 1 cup packed
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric, Organic ground turmeric
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Honey, To make vegan sub pure maple syrup
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 2 whole Celery, Organic; 2 medium-size celery stalks; roughly chopped
  • 1 whole Granny Smith Apple, Organic; cored + roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Root, Fresh ginger, peeled + sliced

  1. To a Ninja mini blender, other personal-size blender or regular-size blender, add ingredients to blender cup in order listed above (after first adding spinach leaves, tap down with a spoon to make room for other ingredients).
