This smoothie is packed with antioxidants and it only has 3 simple ingredients + water! I love giving this smoothie when the kids have anything that resembles a cold! It’s super good for them and nourishing!

    Just had a look through all your smoothie recipies they look so good ! Wanted to ask can I use my current 6mnth old formula milk instead of water that is mentioned in the recipies? Currently she has 6oz .
