These crispy crunch flavor bursting baked chicken tenders are a HUGE hit in our house! The unmistakable crunch factor makes them the perfect addition to a chopped salad or the ultimate dipping tender in your favorite sauce. Enjoy!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a large ziplock bag, shake to combine, seal and refrigerate for a couple hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 350º
  3. mix breading mix in another ziplock bag. Pour out on a sheet pan and coat each tender in the breading mixture and place on another sheet pan.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken registers an internal temperature of 165º.

Notes

I make this recipe using stale bread sourdough bread crumbs. I let the ends of my loaves dry out and then I crush them and use them for breading. They are delicious! If you do not have sourdough bread crumbs you can totally use store bought bread crumbs, croutons, basically whatever you want.
