southwest shrimp cobb salad
cobb salads are so hearty & delicious. here is a southwestern style spin on the typical cobb. also, if you can find the fiesta cheese crisps, they really are the star of the show!
Ingredients

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Chipotle Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Classic Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
salad
- Lettuce, Spring Mix Salad Greens
- easy baked shrimp (click for recipe)
- Egg, Hard Boiled
- easy baked bacon (click for recipe)
- Black Beans, drained & rinsed

- Frozen Corn, sautéed
- Tomato, Grape
- Avocado
- Parm Crisps, I used the whisps southwest fiesta crisps

- Radish, or tortilla chips for extra crunch!
