Spooky Blue Waffles
These waffles may look like they’re all the fun however, they’re actually packed with all kinds of good nutrients. I promise your kids will never know. I’m meal prep these to have in the freezer for the kids on busy mornings. They are perfect!

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Organic Luminous Blue Spirulina - KOS

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Olive Oil

- And a blender, add your eggs, Greek yogurt, zucchini, walnuts, and spirulina. Blend together until the texture is like a smoothie. Four into a mixing bowl. Add your whole wheat flour, baking powder, and maple syrup. Mixed together. Then fold in the olive oil.
- Heat a waffle iron up.
- Poor waffles mix into the waffle iron and cook the waffles.
- Drizzle in syrup and enjoy!
