No Bake Smore’s Bark (Edit recipe)

This is the sweetest treat and its the perfect twist on the old time favorite, smore’s. This was so fun to make and it turned out absolutely delicious. You can really add any touches you want to it, I chose peanuts as the something different. Plus, if you or your family is not gluten or dairy free, you can replace any of the ingredients with the ingredients you already eat! If I can make it gluten and dairy free, I do my best to do so! I hope you enjoy!

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the peanuts, marshmallow, graham crackers and chocolate chips. Stir together.
  2. Melt your white chocolate and coconut oil until creamy.
  3. Lay a piece of parchment paper down in a 8x8 brownie pan. Scoop and spread some white chocolate at the bottom of the pan, just enough to coat it. Pour your mixture for the bark on top of the white chocolate. Then pour the rest of the white chocolate on top of the bark mixture and spread on top. Place in the fridge to let harden.
  4. Slice and enjoy.

Notes

You can make this recipe dairy free by using dairy free chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
