Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a bowl, combine all the flour, protein powder, milk and EGG YOLK ONLY (separate egg white into a different bowl) and whisk until smooth.
  2. Using an electric beater whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold egg whites into rest of batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat and lightly spray with oil/butter.
  4. Spoon mixture into pan (add as much or as little as you like, depending on what size you want your pancakes). Add 1/2 tbsp cream cheese into the centre and cover with more pancake mixture.
  5. Cook until bubbles appear (~2 mins) before flipping and cooking for another minute. Repeat until the batter is used up (mine made 6).
  6. Microwave strawberries and crush until a sauce-like forms. Spread over pancakes
  7. Top with more sliced strawberries and whipped cream & enjoy your high protein pancakes
