This Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet recipe is made without an ice cream maker and is a refreshing burst of flavor that will cool you down in the hot weather. Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Cut the stems off of the strawberries and rinse them until clean.
  2. Place the strawberries, sugar, water, lemon juice, and salt into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a loaf pan and smooth it down.
  5. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
  6. Scoop and serve with a garnish if desired.

Notes

To create a creamier sorbet, once the initial mixture is frozen, break apart the sorbet into chunks and blend again in a blender until smooth. Place the mixture back into the loaf pan, spread evenly, and freeze for another hour.
