But what if we could increase the nutritional value of those chocolates without sacrificing flavor? 🍓 These strawberry pops are chocolate dipped yet have vitamin C from the strawberries and protein + healthy fat from the peanut butter hidden inside.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry your strawberries. Take a paring knife and cut the stem off. Slice the strawberry vertically into 2 pieces. Cut a "v" into the top of the strawberry pieces to shape it as a heart.
  3. Add peanut butter to the center of the hearts and place a popsicle stick in the middle. Freeze for 5 min to secure the stick.
  4. Melt both your white and milk chocolates in separate bowls. Add red coloring to the white chocolate to make it pink.
  5. Dip your strawberry pops into the chocolate. Decorate with chocolate drizzles, sprinkles, or writing. Freeze for 5 min til the chocolate hardens, and enjoy!
