💕 Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about chocolate especially on Valentine’s Day. But what if we could increase the nutritional value of those chocolates without sacrificing flavor?
🍓 These strawberry pops are chocolate dipped yet have vitamin C from the strawberries and protein + healthy fat from the peanut butter hidden inside.
Ingredients
- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Baking Chocolate Chips, Melt with 1/2 tsp coconut oil

- 6 oz6 oz6 oz White Chocolate, Melt with 1/2 tsp coconut oil

- 121212 Strawberries
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 5 pinch5 pinch5 pinch Red Food Color - Color Kitchen Foods

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sprinkles, Dye free

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and dry your strawberries. Take a paring knife and cut the stem off. Slice the strawberry vertically into 2 pieces. Cut a "v" into the top of the strawberry pieces to shape it as a heart.
- Add peanut butter to the center of the hearts and place a popsicle stick in the middle. Freeze for 5 min to secure the stick.
- Melt both your white and milk chocolates in separate bowls. Add red coloring to the white chocolate to make it pink.
- Dip your strawberry pops into the chocolate. Decorate with chocolate drizzles, sprinkles, or writing. Freeze for 5 min til the chocolate hardens, and enjoy!
