Summer Burger Vibes
Is it just me, or do burgers hit different in the summer? What makes a good burger that satisfies that craving? Cheese, loads of veggies, and all the condiments. That's how I do burgers.
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Hamburger Buns, Sesame Seed Brioche
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Plant-Based Burger Patties - Impossible
- 8 pieces8 pieces8 pieces Monterey Jack Cheese, Sliced form the brick
- 4 pieces4 pieces4 pieces Boston Lettuce
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Roma Tomato, sliced
- 0.25 whole0.25 whole0.25 whole Red Onion, thinlly sliced
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Dill Pickle Slices

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Sweet Hot Pickled Peppers - Mama Lil's, Pickled pepper rings

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Ketchup
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Savoury Dill Pickle Mustard - Gravelbourg
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Mayonnaise
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Dill Relish
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Burger Seasoning - The Keg
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Black Peppercorns, Ground Fresh

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Start heating a non-stick skillet set to medium with a small drizzle of EVOO. Season your Impossible patties with salt, pepper, and burger seasoning. Flip them in to the heated skillet seasoned side down, and let them sizzle for 3 - 4 minutes until a nice crust has formed. Flip and continue for another couple minutes.
- Lay 4 slices of cheese on each patty. Grab the lid to your pan and add a splash of water. Flip the lid over the skillet and let the steam melt your cheese until melty.
- ASSEMBLY - Slather mayo and relish on the bottom of your buns. Lay some crispy lettuce and juicy tomato next. Nestle your cheesy burger patties on top followed by sliced onion and pickles. Spread your savory dill mustard and ketchup on the top buns along with a nice handful of your pickled hot peppers. Close them up and serve. ENJOY!
Notes
- You could sub in Beyond Meat patties or any other meaty plant-based patty you enjoy.
