This taco queso dip is hands down, the best! It’s high in protein, absolutely delicious and it only takes 5 minutes to make. It’s the perfect lunch when you need something quick. The kids loved it too!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend - Organic Valley
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Taco Seasoning - Primal Palate

- 2 - 3 oz2 - 3 oz2 - 3 oz Chicken Breast, Cooked, shredded

- In a microwave safe bowl (or on a stovetop in preferred), add your cottage cheese and Mexican cheese blend. Melt together for 1 minute to a minute and a half. You want the cheese melted.
- Add your taco seasoning and chicken. Stir together to form your dip.
- Pair with your favorite veggies or chips!
