Tangerine sesame vinaigrette
Make your salads more interesting with the addition of this vinaigrette. From the toasted sesame richness and hint of sweet, this is perfect for salads, grain bowls, roasted vegetables and really any dish that needs citrusy pop!
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Honey
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Crushed Tangerine Vinegar - Kosterina
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Kosher Salt
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Black Pepper
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Sesame Oil
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vegetable Oil
Process

- In a blender, add all ingredients except the oils.
- Start the blender at a slow speed and slowly stream in the oil to emulsify.
- Taste and adjust the salt and pepper content if needed
- Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.
