I’m suiting up for the Recipe Rumble with a Super Bowl build that’s all about the heavy hitters! Meet The Blitz-Point Brisket Baguette. To take home the trophy, I’m calling a trick play and bringing back my fav starters: Braised Umami Brisket, Citrus Slaw  and Bacon Jam. (You can find the blueprints for those in my prior recipes). I’m leveling up the game-day spread by stacking them on a toasted GF demi-baguette with garlic aioli. It’s a messy, high-stakes masterpiece that is officially ready for the end zone.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. To prepare:
  2. -Slice and toast baguettes until lightly golden brown on the inside.
  3. -Spread aioli on one half of the loaf and bacon jam on the other.
  4. -add 4-5 cubes of brisket onto the aioli layer.
  5. - add citrus slaw to the bacon jam side of the sandwich.
  6. - enjoy!
