The OG Smoothie
This is the smoothie that started at all! When my daughter had severe reflux, I decided one day to try out a smoothie for her. I made her a simple, three ingredient smoothie because I really wanted her to get a full egg in. The most amazing thing happened. She didn’t spit up. It was incredible! That’s how the start of our smoothie journey began!
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- First, cook the egg. I scramble it,
- In a blender, add all of your ingredients, including the cooked egg.
- Blend until it’s fully mixed and creamy.
- Enjoy!
Notes
You can swap out the water for whole milk, almond milk, coconut milk, or any liquid your baby prefers! The water doesn’t help to thin out the smoothie.
