The Tropical Smoothie
This tropical inspired smoothie is the perfect smoothie for an afternoon treat! I made it for my 9 month old baby and she loved it! It has a ton of great nutrients in it for them, but it’s perfect for any age!
*this will make enough for 2 bottles most likely! Always add water to bottles if smoothie is too thick!
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Coconut Milk
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pineapple
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Medjool Dates
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole raw Macadamia Nuts
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Raw Cashews
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Brazil Nuts
- 4 fl oz4 fl oz4 fl oz Ice Water
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a blender, mix all ingredients together until perfectly smooth. Pour into the desired cup or bottle. Enjoy?
Notes
Strawberries are rich in vitamin C, fiber, potassium, and antioxidants. Coconut milk provides vitamin E, vitamin K, thiamine, vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, choline and calcium. Dates are a source of fiber, iron, potassium, B vitamins, copper, and magnesium. Macadamia nuts are a source of fiber, proteins, healthy fats, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, B-complex vitamins, vitamins A and E.
