Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using an electric mixer, combine all the ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.
  3. Using a cookie scoop, place round balls of batter on your cookie sheet.
  4. Use a fork to pat down the cookie ball making an indent one way, and then another opposite it to make a criss-cross indent.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, and then let them cool for 10 minutes (otherwise they won't harden and will fall apart). Enjoy!
