- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Otto's Naturals Paleo Double Chocolate Brownie Mix
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Chocolate Collagen - Further Food
- 111 Egg
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Water
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Oil, or butter
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Pascha 100% Cacao Organic Vegan Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup White Chocolate, melted
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Spirulina Powder
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Freeze Dried Dragon Fruit

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free brownie mix, coconut oil, egg, 1-2 scoops collagen and water. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour the brownie batter onto the parchment paper and spread it out evenly into a thin layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the brownie is set but still soft.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the brownie to cool completely on the tray.
- Once cooled, top the brownie with white chocolate ( you can add in food coloring to make it the pink and blue shades... I used spirulina for the blue and dragon fruit for the pink)
