Triple Chocolate Overnight Weetbix
If you are a chocolate for breakfast girl… this one is for you. It is rich, thick, and very much giving dessert energy… but you wake up and it is just sitting in your fridge waiting for you. No decisions required. We love a low effort win.
This is my go to when I want something easy but not boring. Prep it in 5 minutes, let it do its thing overnight, and breakfast is sorted. Perfect for all my busy gals (and guys) xx
Ingredients
For the base:
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Weetabix
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Milk, any works fine bestie xx

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup, optional, for extra sweetness

For the yoghurt layer:
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Choc Malt Plant Protein – Naked Harvest, use code CHENOA to save qween xx

For the toppings:
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Hot Water
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup, optional, for extra sweetness

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Cacao Nibs, Organic, Raw, or choc chips!!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Crush weetbix into a bowl/container. Add in the milk, maple syrup and cocoa powder, mix until well combined, then flatten down with the back of a fork/spoon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the yoghurt layer ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread over the weetbix base.
- In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, water and maple syrup (if it is too thick, add 1 tsp hot water, but be careful not to add too much liquid, so that it is a ganache-like consistency).
- Spread this over the yoghurt layer.
- Refrigerate overnight (or at least 15 mins) and enjoy!
- Top with cacao nibs & enjoy!
