- 2 cup2 cup2 cup Baby Spinach, fresh
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Baobab Powder
- 2 cup2 cup2 cup Coconut Milk, I prefer Silk brand for smoothies. Unsweetened
