Tropical Pitaya Smoothies
I try and have smoothies as often as I can. There's really no better way to add extra fruit / veg in to your daily routine with minimal effort. This gorgeous pink smoothie features Acai, pink pitaya, pineapple, and more, blended with hemp hearts and coconut milk until smooth and creamy. Makes one large, meal sized smoothie, or 2 smaller one cup servings.
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana, peeled
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Tangerines (Mandarin Orange), Peeled & quartered
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Dragonfruit, Dragonfruit blend including frozen mango, banana, pink dragonfruit, and pineapple
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- .5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp Acai Powder
- 1.25 cups1.25 cups1.25 cups Coconut Milk, Carton, not canned

- Add everything to your vortex blender ( I use a Vitamix) and blend until smooth and creamy. You may need more coconut milk for consistency. Pour and serve
