  1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the mashed potatoes, parmesan cheese, butter, sour cream, truffle oil, and garlic powder and mix until fully combined, melted, and warm. Remove from the heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a small glass, bowl, or even a fun martini glass, pipe in the mashed potatoes. I used a Wilton 1M piping tip.
  3. If desired, top with a sprinkle of gold glitter dust and a Parmesan cracker. Enjoy!
