Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Bake frozen tots in oven according to package instructions.
  2. Place hot ,crispy tots in large bowl.
  3. Add 1/2 cup grated parmesan, 3 Tbsp avocado oil, 1/2 Tsp truffle salt, and parsley; tossing to coat after each ingredient is added to bowl.
  4. To make aioli, in a small bowl combine vegan mayo, garlic, remaining 3 Tbsp vegan parmesan, remaining 2 Tsp avocado oil, and remaining 1/4 tsp truffle salt.
  5. Place coated tots on serving platter. Serve with aioli for dipping. Serves 8+

Notes

While tots are baking, make the Parmesan Lime Aioli - the aioli can also be made 1 day in advance and kept refrigerated.
