It is very rare that I get my kids to eat veggies. I love making these veggie patties and adding hidden protein to them. Then it becomes the best of both worlds and my kids are eating vegetables and protein at the same time. these turned out so delicious and my picky toddlers actually liked them.

  2. In a mixing bowl, add your carrots and potatoes. Mash until they are super tiny pieces: Then add all other ingredients and mix together.
  3. Scoop a small patty size onto the skillet and cook on both sides until golden brown.
