Vanilla Protein Powder Smoothie
I love being able to get in about 60g of protein with a delicious and easy smoothie to start my mornings, especially after a workout. This one keeps me full for hours. I have been enjoying this protein powder and these collagen peptides which you can grab from the FoodSocial Market. I've been using this basic blender but plan to upgrade to a more powerful blender like this one soon!
