Ingredients

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. 1.) Add milk to 4-quart saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2.) Place 2 tea bags in milk; steep for 5 minutes then remove.
  3. 3) Whisk in white baking chips; continue whisking as chips melt.
  4. 4.) Whisk in vanilla and salt.
  5. 5.) Continue whisking as mixture comes to a slight boil; mixture will thicken. Remove from heat.
  6. 6.) Pour into 2 mugs or small bowls, or 4 smaller ramekins.
  7. 7.) Top with marshmallows and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  8. 8.) Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

The Earl Grey flavor is extremely subtle, however, if you do not like Earl Grey tea, you can omit the teabags entirely and increase the pure vanilla extract to 1/4 teaspoon.
