Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large bowl, mix together oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup together until combined.
  2. Use a tablespoon to scoop the oat mixture into a silicone muffin tray. Add about 1 1/2 tbsp to each one and press down with the back of a spoon to form the oat cup shape. Repeat for remaining oat cups and add 1 banana slice to each. Place in the freezer to set.
  3. In a small bowl, melt your chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 25-30 second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
  4. Remove oat cups from the freezer and drizzle chocolate on top until the banana is fully covered. Optionally top with flaky salt.
  5. Freeze oat cups for 30-40 minutes or until chocolate has set. Enjoy!

Notes

Place the oat cups in an airtight container and store in the freezer. Let thaw for 5-10 minutes before enjoying. These oat cups will last in the freezer for 1 month.
