I decided to try out the viral Japanese cheesecake, but I made it for my kids. What a great snack for them to wake up to. They did not question it and loved every bite. What they didn’t know, is that this was actually packed with protein and healthy fats. They loved it so much.

  1. Add the vanilla protein powder to your vanilla yogurt. Then stuffed the yogurt with three Oreos. Place in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Once it’s ready, let your kids add the sprinkles.
  3. Enjoy!
