Ingredients

- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Parmigiano Reggiano, freshly shredded
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Process

- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel the onion and use a mandolin to thinly slice into consistently sized rings.
