- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Parsley

- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and generously prepare a large baking sheet with non-stick baking spray.
- With a mandolin slicer or sharp knife, cut the sweet potatoes into thin slices (approximately ⅛ inch).
- Place the potatoes in a large mixing bowl and gently toss with the olive oil, salt, sugar, and pepper.
- Lay the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, flip the potato slices, and bake for another 8-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Top with dried parsley and additional sea salt if desired, and serve warm with your favourite dipping sauce. Enjoy.
- Store leftover sweet potato chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
