Waffle Cone Butter
When one has “WAFFLE CONE GRANOLA” why not also enjoy it in a spreadable form?! My newest collaboration with Nana Joes Granola has my mind coming up with so many fun ways to use it. This spreadable deliciousness comes together quickly and is so scrumptious.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add granola to the base of a small food processor and pulse until you have fine crumbs.
- Remove the lid and add cashew butter, 2 tablespoons of the coconut oil, maple syrup and salt. Run the food processor until this comes together* and is creamy. If you want the consistency a bit thinner, add the additional tablespoons of coconut oil as well as adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
- Mix again until consistency and flavor are where you want it, then place in a container and enjoy!
Notes
Every food processor is a bit different, but overall it may take 2-3 minutes to get this to the right consistency for spreading. I use this little Cuisinart model, it has two modes of pulverizing so it came together pretty quickly. Your times may vary, so keep that in mind. You may also want a “chunky” style of waffle cone butter, so you could go with what your preference is.
For the coconut oil or butter, start with 2 tablespoons and see how you like the consistency. If you want it a bit more "spreadable" then add more and pulse again, repeating until you have your desired consistency!
