Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. For the salmon- whisk together and marinate salmon for 20–30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Place salmon on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 350F for 15 minutes (can also use air fryer)
  3. For the salad
  4. In a large bowl, massage chopped kale with a splash of olive oil and a pinch of salt for 1–2 minutes until softened.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil or ghee.
  6. Add red onions and garlic and sauté until caramelized, about 6–8 minutes.
  7. Toss massaged kale into the pan for 1–2 minutes to lightly wilt it. Add dijon and black pepper.
  8. Plate the kale and red onions, add tomatoes and top with flaked salmon, and drizzle generously with Big Mamas Citrus Dressing

Notes

Add your fave toppings like avocado slices or hemp seeds for a little extra texture + gut love.
