If summer had a signature drink, this watermelon mint mocktail would be it đđżâ¨
It's refreshing, naturally sweet, and made with just a handful of ingredients. All you need is sparkling water, fresh watermelon, mint and lime for a delicious drink that is hydrating and flavourful.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lime, zest and juice from the entire lime

- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Mint Leaves, 1 tsp per halved peach
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Sparkling Water
- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Ice Cubes

- Add the watermelon, lime zest and juice, and mint leaves to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture to remove excess pulp.
