- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Black Pepper
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Salt
- .333 cup.333 cup.333 cup Tahini
- .333 cup.333 cup.333 cup Water, cold
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt, pasture-raised
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Garlic, minced
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Mint Leaves, chopped

- Remove stem from cauliflower. Add oil and season
- Roast for 1 hour or until tender. Let rest for 5 minutes
