Process

  2. Toss the delicata squash rings with olive oil, cinnamon, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  5. In a large salad bowl, layer the mixed greens, roasted squash, crumbled feta, goji berries, pumpkin seeds
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to combine.
