Dressing

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the delicata squash rings with olive oil, cinnamon, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the squash evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender
