"Cheese" Pizza Chickpea Crackers! These powerhouses are totally vegan, gluten and nut free, plus they're packed with fiber and protein, too! I used nutritional yeast and pizza seasoning to give these a cheese pizza flavor, but the flavor choices are endless!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Whisk chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, sugar, salt, and pizza seasoning in a large bowl
  2. -add oil & water and combine. It will seem dry. I found it easiest to knead together with my hands versus a spoon
  3. -divide dough in half
  4. -dust surface with chickpea flour, place dough, top with additional flour and parchment paper for easier rolling and roll thinly
  5. -feel free to cut off ends and re press down to get a good square / rectangle shape. Not necessary, but so try to assure dough is rolled evenly
  6. -use a pizza cutter to slice into cracker sized squares, sprinkle with flakey sea salt, and bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes, until tops are light gold
  7. -remove from oven and place on cooling rack by lifting the whole piece of parchment paper up and placing on rack
  8. -once cooled slice along the longs and enjoy as is or dipped in cheese sauce or pizza sauce!
