Chicken Taquitos with Avocado Cream Sauce
These air fried taquitos are super simple and quick to throw together! Paired with the most delicious avocado cilantro lime cream sauce that will have you dunking with each bite!
I used almond flour tortillas and chicken for my protein, but the possibilities are endless between homemade tortillas, cassava flour tortillas, chicken, beef, beans, shrimp- go nuts with your combinations!

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Chicken Breast, Leftovers, diced
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Bell Pepper, Diced
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Red Onion, Diced
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Baby Kale
- 25 cup25 cup25 cup Hummus, I used roasted red pepper hummus
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Avocado
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lime Juice
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Cilantro
- 1 clove1 clove1 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt
