Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Combine all ingredients, minus arrowroot, in a sauce pan, bringing to a boil, then lower heat and allow to simmer ~10 min until apples soften
  2. Remove 1/2 cup of the liquid from the pot and stir in arrowroot in a small bowl
  3. Then pour that back into the pan, and stir until your apple mixture thickens
  4. Pour into a serving bowl
  5. For tortillas, cut each in 6-8 chips, line on a baking sheet, spray the tops with nonstick spray, then sprinkle cinnamon & sugar mixture overtop
  6. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes until lightly brown (note plain tortillas will need a few minutes less)
  7. Allow to cool a few minutes, dip, and enjoy!
