Peanut Butter Oreo Popsicles (gluten-free)
What's better than an Oreo? How about an Oreo stuffed with peanut butter and dipped in chocolate?! These simple Peanut Butter Oreo Popsicles combine gluten-free oreos with peanut butter along with a simple yogurt topping and chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, use dairy-free for vegan
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 12 whole12 whole12 whole Gluten Free Oreo
- 12 tsp12 tsp12 tsp Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips, use dairy-free for vegan

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup. Set aside.
- Remove tops from oreos.
- Add one teaspoon of peanut butter on top of the cream filling of each over, then cover with remaining half.
- Freeze oreos for 10 minutes.
- Melt one cup of chocolate chips.
- Dip each Oreo into melted chocolate and cover completely.
- Freeze oreos until chocolate is firm.
- Keep Oreos frozen until ready to eat, then let sit at room temp for a few minutes before enjoying.
Notes
Add a popsicle stick before closing the Oreo cookie back together to turn these into popsicles!
